Classic Kundalini Yoga and Meditation

Kundalini Yoga and Meditation as taught by Yogi Bhajan uses posture (asana) breath (pranayama) and sound (mantra) to stretch the body and mind toward health. In this practice we move and sweat and challenge ourselves to keep up. It’s designed for all levels and easily modified to accommodate all ages, body types and experience. All Levels Welcome.

Kundalini Yoga Flow

A Kundalini Flow Yoga style developed by Elizabeth Greathouse. In this class we warm up with the standing postures largely based on the Ashtanga primary series and then delve into Kundalini kriyas and settle down with stretching poses and meditation.
